📝 Rquirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a related field
• Experience in designing web-based applications and user interfaces
• Proficiency with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in usability
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Capability to convert user needs into effective design solutions

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Design and develop user interface (UI) concepts, layouts, and workflows for IBS applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to collect requirements and feedback on usability
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to assist in application design and enhancements
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs, specifically for Angular-based applications
• Enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience across system components
• Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into design improvements
• Maintain consistency in design standards, styles, and user interactions across applications
• Transform business requirements into user-friendly workflows and interfaces
• Assist in front-end development efforts where relevant (HTML, CSS, Angular)
• Maintain and contribute to UI/UX documentation, style guides, and design systems
• Partner with QA and development teams to validate UI functionality and user experience
• Promote the continuous improvement of user workflows and system usability
