Project-Based | Remote | Immediate Start

We’re looking for a skilled Figma designer to help us design an interactive engagement snippet that will be embedded into external websites (think employee benefits pages, university sites, etc.).

This is a project-based role with potential for future work.

Project Overview

We are creating a small, embedded web experience designed to introduce users to a human-centered platform in a natural, engaging way.

The experience includes

An embedded video snippet- lower left of the page

Light overlay copy and CTA

A click interaction that opens a modal experience

A modal view with

Custom video content

Light identifying/contextual information

Two clear action pathways (links/buttons)

The goal is to make this feel seamless, modern, and human, not overly “product-heavy” or intrusive.

What We Need

We’re looking for a designer who can

Design clean, modern UI for the snippet and modal experience

Create a fully clickable Figma prototype for demo purposes

Ensure designs are developer-ready (clear states, spacing, responsive behavior)

Incorporate existing demo screens into the experience flow

Think through interaction details (hover states, transitions, open/close behavior)

Deliverables

Figma file with

Final UI designs (desktop + responsive considerations)

Component-based structure (buttons, cards, overlays, etc.)

Interaction states and flows

Clickable prototype suitable for sales demos

Clean, organized file ready for handoff to development

Ideal Experience

Strong experience designing web-based UI components or widgets

Experience with modals, overlays, and interactive elements

Comfortable designing for embedded or iframe-style experiences

Ability to balance marketing feel + product usability

Experience creating prototype-driven demos in Figma

Bonus if you have worked on

SaaS or digital health products

Engagement tools, onboarding flows, or microsurfaces

Human-centered or content-driven platforms
