Senior Figma Website Designer (Websites + Graphic Design in Figma) | Long-Term | 4–8h/Day Potential - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a high-level Figma website designer for a long-term collaboration.

This is not a mobile app design role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has many years of experience designing websites in Figma and who can also create high-quality graphics/visuals for website sections.

We work with many client projects across different industries, so we need someone who is fast, reliable, visually strong, and experienced.

This can become a long-term full-time role, but we are also open to starting with 4–8 hours per day, depending on fit and current project volume.

What we need

You should be able to

• Design high-converting websites and landing pages in Figma
• Create clean, modern, premium-looking layouts
• Design websites that feel trustworthy, professional, and conversion-focused
• Create graphics/visual compositions for website sections (this is a must)
• Work on websites for service businesses, consulting brands, and companies with real people/faces shown on the website
• Deliver desktop + mobile versions
• Prepare files in a clean, structured way for handoff
• Important: This is NOT for app designers

We are not looking for someone focused mainly on

• mobile apps
• dashboards only
• SaaS product UI only

You can still apply if you also have strong SaaS website experience, but the main focus is:

• websites
• landing pages

• consulting / real estate / marketing / company websites
• web graphics
